Established in 1981.
Barry Sharp is a professional accountant who started this consulting firm in November 1981. It morphed into a software development company for a few years during the 1980’s. We got killed in the marketplace by 3M and Microsoft, and realized that to succeed in business, you have to do more than simply «build a better mouse trap».
So we sharpened our skills and became a pure business consulting firm that specializes in helping people like you, the owners of small and medium sized businesses.

Business Owner
Barry Sharp has been helping large and small businesses start-up, gain financing, and be more effective, efficient and profitable for the past 30 years.
He has started and operated several of his own businesses, so he understands what entrepreneurs go through. Twenty-five years ago, Barry created a software development company in the midst of an economic depression and ran it sucessfully for eight years. Through that experience, he learned that following a sound business plan, using dependable business methods and being able to adapt to changing circumstances are the keys to surviving — and even thriving — in tough times.
Barry is a professional accountant, a fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants — the world’s largest international professional accounting organization. He’s worked as a small business consultant and internal consultant in major corporations and government entities all around Western Canada.
