Great little store. Love the customer service here. Prices are higher here then at an outlet store but the selection is also different. To me the selection all look the same at the outlets. Awhile here you get the new releases and more selection in terms of color and styles.

I LOVE Coach almost as much as I LOVE Sephora but to be honest I can’t afford the Canadian prices, thus why I normally head to Burlington to the Coach factory Store but today I had to meander in here just for a sniff and look see.
What I can say about the store is that the staff are sooooooooo nice! I went in just to see if they had the fabric cleaner that I wasn’t able to get south of the border and of course they did. It is the same price as well but I digress. I was most impressed that although I looked like I had been hit by a truck and wasn’t sporting my expensive handbags etc., I was still treated like they were interested in making sure I was happy just being there. It wasn’t your typical «Pretty Woman» scene where they won’t talk to you because you don’t look the type. I will definitely be back for products like the cleaner just because the staff were so nice here.
