One of my patients highly recommended this place to me. I decided to do my own research and came upon Unilocal to discover nothing but great reviews! I was lucky enough to get a appointment right away and they were super accommodating to my schedule. I had Lisa as my technician in the beginning, she really listened to my concerns as i feared the lashes would be too long and rub against my work glasses but she made sure the lashes she recommended would not affect them too much. Halfway in my apt I got Chanel as my technician she was also super sweet!
I had a really great experience here, especially since a few days later I noticed that one side of my lashes weren’t as full as the other side I called and they got me in very quickly, Miranda was my technician and she spent the time to make sure I was happy with my complimentary fix. Overall I would say that this is a fantastic place because the work is great and these girls actually care about making sure you are comfortable and happy with the end result.

Absolutely love the lash work that these girls do! The technicians are friendly, professional and take the time to ensure that you love your lash design. I go for the classic natural look and often get asked, «are your lashes real?» — sometimes people can’t tell if they’re real or extensions but always compliment me on them. I started getting lashes done here in July and have received fills ever since — I’m hooked!

I’ve been here a few times now. Staff are friendly and professional. Store is nice and clean, with free parking as well. I came here originally to get lash extensions for a special occasion but I’ve been a returning customer since!

I was lucky enough to find out that the burnaby location was offering 50% off on one of their sets so I went ahead booked an appointment. Chanel looked after me and being 8 months pregnant it was not an easy task for her since I couldn’t use their regular bed. She was very friendly and always made sure that I was comfortable the entire time. Since I came in around lunch time, she even let me step out for 20mins and made sure I grabbed a quick bite before my session started. The lashes are great — kinda wished I’ve added more! Already booked my next appointment in two weeks.

I’ve been to this location twice now and I’m already booked for my third session. As long as I can afford lash extensions, I will keep coming back here! The staff are super friendly, the ambiance is great and the facility is always clean and tidy. On my first session, they gave an in depth consultation about the different styles and looks I could have, which I really appreciated as some other places I’ve been to didn’t provide me any options! They provide great instruction, tips and product recommendations for caring for your lashes afterwards. The process itself was very relaxing and I didn’t experience any discomfort at all. Sophia, one of the junior techs, is great and I highly recommend her!

I’ve been here twice now and they’re the first place I’ve ever gone to get lash extensions — and I am hooked! If I could afford to get my lashes filled every 3 weeks I would be here every 3 weeks on the dot: P
I don’t have other places to compare too, but both times I’ve booked with a junior tech — all of whom have to go through pretty extensive training before they book clients so you don’t have to worry about the work being shoddy. The biggest thing I would say is just that they’ll book you in for a little longer than it states on the website since it’s a junior tech, but they’ll always have a sr tech check their work and make sure everything looks good :) — for reference, I’ve booked with both Catherine and Sophia (most recent).
My first time here I had no idea what I wanted, but they were very knowledgeable and recommended the look that I should go for (cateye vs roundeye) based on the make up I was wearing, and they recommended the kind of curve I should go for to help get the look I wanted.
The whole process is pretty soothing, the place is nice and clean and bright without being having «hospital» lighting. I LOVE their music selection (the best boy band/​oldie r&b/slow jams mix) so when you’re laying there, it’s so relaxing. They give you a blanket so you can pretty much take a nap as it happens: D
As someone who has no idea how the process usually is, at crest & crown I found it really easy going and no discomfort at all. The process of them applying the lashes is almost unnoticeable as they put them on because they are that gentle!
My lashes lasted last time for at least 3 – 4 weeks. Even when they started to fall out, my natural lashes didn’t come out with the extensions. I did the regular maintenance of brushing them out at least twice a day with a spooly, and I didn’t really wear any other make up during that time so it probably helped with them lasting so long!

I’ve been here a few times already and all the technicians are super nice and professional. Occasionally they run behind schedule but they always make it up to me in either a form of a discount or additional lashes.
My initial plan was to get lashes for a special occasion but I’ve kept refilling them for almost 3 months now! I love getting up in the morning and half my make up is done! It will be hard to go back to my natural lashes now! Lol

I’m one of those people that did lots of research before going in and getting my eyelashes done for the first time and I’m so glad I came here. The place is really clean and the ambiance is soothing. Joan and Koko are both really great I highly recommend coming here!

Love love the store! The atmosphere is so soothing and pretty. All the techs are so nice and detailed oriented, I fall asleep everytime. So happy that it’s closer to home now. Apparently reiko from real housewives comes here too haha.
