solid 3.5 as one of my hockey guys is a contractor who uses them to build houses.
So not really a place to go if you’re only tiling 1 room or so otherwise, you’re paying full list price. On the other hand, you’ll get a discount if building a home or two.
Been in business over 10 years, and can recommend contractors to do the tiling.
Again, to really get savings, buy in bulk.

I came here to look at some tiles for a reno project that I was considering doing post flood in my basement. I found a tile that I liked, however, they wanted $ 5.25 per square foot which seemed okay at the time, however, was able to find a better style for a more decent price. I was actually recommended this place by the owner of the hair salon I go to who was doing some reno of her own in her salon whom recommended this place. I liked her tiles so much that I got this recommendation from her.
