FAST, FRIENDLY SERVICE! Made order online… Tuesday 11am PST and parcel travelled through MN, then Canada Customs to Richmond then Burnaby and just arrived @ 3:40pm PST… Well before date anticipated which was Thursday!
Very happy with the speed of delivery and nice staff.

Worst stupid company to deal with.
Have an account with them? Doesn’t matter. They’ll ignore your shipments and not clear them through customs for you (*even though that’s what they’re supposed to do) and let it sit and rot.
Call them and ask what’s up? They blow you off. On my second call, I asked if they had any record of my first call. They didn’t. The jerk staffer basically ignored my call.
2 day shipping has stretched to 10 days now. They’ve done nothing to fix the problem. They don’t care if this delay hurts your company or costs you money. They already got paid so they’re happy.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM AT ANY COST. YOU WILL BE SORRY.

This must be one of their shipping warehouses, as the location is much larger than their regular drop locations.
Parking is available in a small lot next to the entrance.
One thing to notice (not sure if they’ve fixed this) is that their hours on the website were incorrect — I showed up to find the place closed, with a sign pasted in the front window. I’ve updated the hours in Unilocal.
The staff were friendly, but a bit slow to be honest. Not sure why it takes 5 minutes or so per person. As a result, the lineup went out the door, and there were only 5 customers at the front counter.
The good news is that my package got shipped without getting run over by a bus. Yay!
