Funk n’ Frost

Went in the store and picked up some eyeliners, under the impression that they’re $ 3.99 each. Paid and left– then checked the receipt. I was charged $ 6.99 each. Went back and the store manager kinda girl told me that they’re in two different racks (one placed right in front of another that has a label saying $ 3.99), and although they appear the same, they’re still «completely different two displays». The second rack was without any price tag or anything. Argued that since I was mislead and they were advertising at $ 3.99, I should be refunded the difference. But no, again, «these are two completely different displays». Like can you say anything else?! Anyways returned them right away. The manager girl asked another rainbow haired girl to proceed it for me and the rainbow girl asked her why I was returning those. The manager said «she thought those are $ 3.99 each and she’s not willing to pay more (not exact words)» and the rainbow girl chuckled. Huh what’s so funny? Anyways, at the end of the day, guess which store just lost a customer.

This place is brand spanking new as in only 5 months old. I was on my way to another store, however, what encouraged me to stop in was their wall of nail polishes and cupcake bath bombs in the window display. I was actually looking for lavender coloured nail polish. What I did find was 22 different shades of purple literally. Now there’s no excuse for not finding that perfect nail polish shade for that outfit. They also carry LA brand make up at reasonable cost, I am a huge fan of their cotton candy pink and blue shades that I am strongly considering for Halloween for my Jem costume. The customer service was a bit of a turn off. They weren’t rude but they slightly made me feel like assisting me was an inconvenience even though I was the only one at the store. This is probably why I didn’t pick up a lipstick right away and will come back.
