The JPL fleet card, which can be programmed to give executives higher limits, offers access to thousands of fuel and service vendors nation-​wide as well as customized billing in the configuration that best suits the clients. Thanks to the fleet card, all service and repair rates have already been negotiated by JPL. JPL’s easy-​to-​use online reporting system lets executives input their personal and business mileage, which the employer’s HR department can then use to generate and submit CRA-​regulated reports in conjunction with the individual driver’s T4 reports. The company will also handle vehicle delivery, licensing, registration and insurance on the executive’s behalf.
