My wife and I were First Time Home Buyers. We were intimidated by the whole process and weren’t quite sure where to start when looking for our first home. Judy came highly recommended to us by our Mortgage Specialist. Not only did she explain everything to us in a way we both understood, but she immediately put us at ease and we felt very comfortable around her. Judy has done an incredible job for us and has been very helpful and supportive at every step of the way. We move in to our dream home next week! We are very happy we chose Judy to help us sell our condo and purchase a house. She provided advice that helped us successfully stage our condo, and she was excellent at dealing with the buyers’ realtor. When it came time for us to shop for our house, her knowledge of common problems allowed her to point out plumbing and other problems that saved us from making the wrong decision. She always looked out for our best interests and made sure we were informed on both the positives and negatives of any house we looked at. We were pretty picky, and asked Judy to look at tons of houses with us, but she was always patient and made herself available at a moments’ notice. The neighborhood we wanted was in a strong sellers’ market where competition was fierce. However, Judy managed to get us an amazing house at the price we wanted to pay AND she got the sellers to throw in a new roof. I would recommend Judy to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. My partner and I recently engaged Judy to help us buy our first home. She was extremely patient with us — even taking us to see the same place 3 times before we decided it wasn’t for us. She was persistent with a less than easy to work with realtor and finally got us in to see the condo we would eventually buy.
