I sent them a message from AutoTrader in reply to one of their ads. I have yet to receive a reply after 5 days. I then called them directly. I asked for more information for the car I was interested in. I was then told that the car had more than $ 4000 in damages. Nowhere on the ad did it mention this. I asked for a CarProof. The salesman then told me that he would send me a CarProof report by email. I had a really hard time understanding what he was saying. This is what he emailed me «Please find the vin:5NPEB4AC6BH109696. I am outside I will send you the CarProof as soon I will be in the shop thank you.» Ummm… I did call the shop, so he must have answered that call during business hours at the shop? It’s been 5 days and with no communication from his end. I suspect they are hiding something and don’t want my business. Stay clear.
