What’s with the sand?
I really don’t know why but everytime I eat pizza from this place I bite into some sand. Their pizza has lots of potential as they use quite a bit of cheese and they put quite a few toppings but the sand inside the pizza is a huge turnoff. Why, just why do I have to bite into some sand? It happens everytime I eat pizza here! I heard that there’s a new Mona pizza restaurant in Hastings St. in Burnaby but I can tell you that this only happened in the Edmonds location as I never tried eating at the Hastings St. location.
Luckily, I never ended getting diarrhea or an upset stomach when I ate the sand but who knows about long term effects from this pizza joint.
NOTE: I found out that this placed failed Fraser Health restaurant inspections year after year. So, avoid this place.
