I first called this running room (market crossing, Burnaby) to ask about their feet/​gait/​running assessment. I spoke with the manager Addison and I have to say «wow! What a friendly, helpful and knowledgable salesperson!» Addison answered all my questions and was very kind. So the following day I went wearing my most used runners and I was helped my Michelle. She was also so kind and helpful. (Everyone in this store is just so sweet). She made me take off my shoes and watched me walk back and forth in the store and told me I needed neutral runners (this took about 5 minutes). So she made me try and run in all of them until I found the perfect one. This whole process took a while (45 min) because I didn’t find my perfect show right away. I’m so impressed with the team ! They’re so helpful and knowledgable. 5⁄5
