Came to this location for a meet and greet one weekend with some friends. I had some of the cream for my tea and the cream smelt a little off. Of course when it is mixed with tea and or coffee it goes undetected. I have eaten and drank passed the suggested expiry but this tasted awful. I did bring it to the attention of the barista at the time who said that she would change it, however, 20 minutes later nothing was done about the cream or even investigated. It was a slow afternoon. I did see at least two other people using the cream. I have been to this location before. Nothing happened health wise to me for using the cream, however, was a little concerned that they didn’t at least check it out.

Not all Starbucks are the same. Compared to the busy(sometimes chaotic) location at Highgate, I much prefer the more civil alternative here. The outdoor parkade is small but you can always find a spot for a quick coffee run. When you step inside, you’ll find the store is filled with light from outside, thanks to the windows on two sides with a view of the park across the street. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Most importantly, they always smile and get your coffee right!

Always good, but they close too early. 8pm seems too early.

This is my take it or leave it store… parking is a pain and the inside of the store gets a big tight when there are more than 5 customers. I have been here 4 times and they have messed up on my drink twice. They are always willing to fix it but I usually don’t have the time to wait for them to make another drink. I am not a picky coffee drinker but I would still like my drinks the way I order them.

great pit stop during rush hour, in between New West & Surrey. Work a bit on the wifi for an hour, and then it’s easy breezin.

Are all Starbucks the same? This is a smaller than the usual, but what it lacks in size it more than makes up for in atmosphere. Parking is tough, as the small plaza the location is in, always seem to have a full parking lot. There’s a few seats, and a few couches, a 50⁄50 split. When I was there, all the seats were full, though not everyone seemed to know each other, like Europe people were happy to share a table with someone they had not met before. A good selection of all the usual extras, with staff who are friendly and efficient. The store was clean and tidy. Well worth checking out.

I am not someone to usually go to Starbucks, but this one is top notch! Primarily because of their staff. All of them are super friendly in this intimate location. If it was not for their blond roast I would never go.

My visits to this location are extremely seasonal. I seem to spend lengthier hours here during exam time. This is a quiet location, with very friendly staff. Though my visits are very sporadic, the baristas somehow remember me from previous visits. My only gripe would be about lighting. Lighting is soft, and once the sun sets, it makes it more difficult to read.

This is definitely my favourite Starbucks location. The staff is extremely friendly and courteous. They always welcome you with a smile and are eager to serve you exactly what you want(even if it is a fancy drink off the menu board). They are also great with providing suggestions for drinks, when you do not know exactly what you want. The environment is warm and homey. The Starbucks itself is smaller in size than your typical location, but I have never had a problem finding an empty seat-people come and go. There are a couple of tables and comfy couches/chairs available. It is definitely a good place to come chill with friends or just enjoy and relax by yourself with a cup of coffee.

Small Starbucks, but extremely friendly and intimate! I have warned you! :D The staff that works here are extremely cheery and friendly. I entered and the staff instantly looked my way and said hello. It is not as busy as it should be, even if there is «Happy Hour». I sit here with my and my friends having a great time, and they come over giving us free treats. The milk/creams are always refilled, and the place is extremely tidy. On top of that, I realized this store always have some items that my store does not… Or either my store already sold out, I would buy from here :3 Come here and relax, because it is considered quiet, and not as busy as your typical Starbucks. A great place to enjoy and just want some alone time. On top of that, a great place to study(FYI).
