Established in 2012.

In 2012, after three decades of providing home comfort solutions to clients in other locations, Glenn and Karen Rankin opted to live and work in their own community and opened Aire Serv Heating and Air Conditioning of Caledon/​King. As a family owned and locally operated business Aire Serv offers personalized, friendly service and world-​class equipment with the most up-​to-​date technology designed to optimize your home comfort while minimizing energy costs.

Glenn R.

Business Owner

Glenn has been the owner/​operator of Aire Serv of Caledon-​King for the past three years. He brings over 30 years of HVAC experience with him. In addition, to having run a commercial/​industrial HVAC company for the last 20 years, Glenn has always been active in the industry. He has taught trade courses to many students at George Brown College and HRAI and is always looking for ways to contribute to the industry. He is committed to providing customers with an exceptional experience when any of his employees enter their home. Through continuous training he keeps his staff aware of the changes in the industry, as well as, how to best serve the needs of their customers. Glenn is a very trust worthy individual who always puts the needs of others first.
