This is a cute little thrift store and I love that they have older volunteers working with teenagers(yes, intergenerational!) It is a smaller thrift store than say, value village, but has some good finds. I found a banana republic dress shirt, barely worn, for $ 5. I’m all over that(so not a clothes snob). They also have some great vintage type stuff like lamps and kitchen things. I really liked that they had some of the«bigger ticket» items up for auction. It’s a silent auction so you write your name and price and hope for the best. I won a great painting from there that hangs prominently in my home. The items tend to come from those who are more«well off» since it is located in Bolton(which is in Caledon), so seeing a Louis Vuitton purse up for auction isn’t out of the norm. So put your thrift store bias aside and visit chez thrift. You’ll support those in Bolton who need it as get some great deals for yourself!
