Specialties
We are an upscale and family friendly local eatery that focuses our concept on fresh and local fare. Our menu ranges from nachos, wings and burgers, to braised lamb, filet mignon, pasta and stir fry. We make our dishes from scratch. We have a fantastic patio with a 26′ bar, tapas and outdoor lounge. We have been voted in the top ten restaurants in southern Ontario by OpenTable.
History
Established in 2010.
Owner and chef Wade Taylor has been in the restaurant industry since the 1980’s. His focus is using fresh and local ingredients to create familiar dishes with an upscale approach. His passion for food is evident in the consistent plates, flavour and unique cooking techniques.
Co-owner and GM Kevin Wootton has also been in the industry since the 1980’s. While Chef Wade focuses on the plates, Kevin works hard to ensure efficient quality service is happening in the dining room and on the patio.
