We specialize in Taiwanese snack-​foods and entrees, using traditional recipes combined with local products and ingredients. Try our Taiwanese Popcorn Chicken and Yam Fries with Plum Powder! Both dishes made using spices imported from Taiwan to ensure authenticity.

History

Established in 2014.

Our business was opened in the summer of 2014. Owner and Chef Liao is a graduate from the Professional Cooking program at SAIT, and has worked at local Asian eateries, including Ginger Beef and Calgary Court. Mr. Liao brings a life-​time of Taiwanese traditions together with a Western culinary twist.

Chris L.

Business Owner

Chris Liao immigrated to Calgary from Taiwan in 2005 to study English and professional cooking. After receiving his certification from SAIT, Chris worked briefly at TD Canada Trust, where his exceptional customer experience earned him recognition and praise; Chris was a participant in the TD Champions program in 2013.

Chris brings together his heritage, his passion for cuisine, and his exceptional customer service together at 303 Fusion Kitchen, which was opened in the summer of 2014.
