History
Established in 1984.
With each having more than fifteen years experience in the food and beverage industry, the husband and wife team of Joe and Carol Irving ventured into the expanding banquet and party catering market. With a simple philosophy «give people what the want» as a guideline, All Beef Catering Inc. was founded in 1984.
They decided to SPECIALIZE. Years of experience in the industry indicated roast beef to be requested most often, so the menu choice was obvious. In fact, two dinners were chosen, a Traditional Dinner, and BBQ Dinner, as well as a BBQ Beef on a Kaiser. The result is a superb meal, served hot, and served on time. The «All you can eat roast beef dinner» concept evolved from the fact that we always prepared enough food to ensure that we would never run out, and in doing so, we would offer complimentary second helpings to any guests who desired them. The BBQ Beef on a Kaiser is not offered as «All You Can Eat».
