The old electric whipper snipper finally gave out and I thought that I would research a gas model. Stihl has always been portrayed as a great brand for small engine yard machines so I thought why not.
I ended up at Arns more or less by happening to drive by and seeing that they were a dealer so I went in and picked up a need trimmer. After taking the unit home I had numerous issues with starting.
The unit was taken back for a refund but the personnel in store stated the unit was used and non-​returnable. Upon further pressing these gents admitted that this unit required a replacement part — brand new and mis-​functioning already (I was suspicious or reason).
If you have choices, which there are, you might keep driving by Arn’s as customer service and care are minimal.
