Always been more than pleased with the service, until the last 2 times. The girls are professional, courteous & generally do a great job with the pedicure & manicure. I’ve always tipped well. This time the water for the spa pedicure was lukewarm at best & the shellac they had applied the last time was not even removed. I was kept waiting for a ridiculous period of time drying. People who came in after me, left before me. No apologies. The next customer who came in actually complained about the cold water. The man at the front, who takes the money, was very rude. In spite of the mediocre service, I tipped 25%. He came close to throwing the receipt at me, indicating it was not enough. Kim, the owner. is actually very good, but IMO, she should lose the guy at the front, it would likely be better for business.

Love love love this place! It is super clean and Kim and the girls do a great job. Sometimes you will even find her husband in the Spa, anwering phones and grabbing water and tea for everybody.
I have been to alot of nail places since moving here, and this place definitely gives you Instagramable nails! Not everybody can say that!
