Well since I was an employee I think it to be of importance That I share with the public how things are
Run … Firstly since other employees had kinda screwed Gord Enns (president) around he is gun shy… His staff have no respect for him and told me «don’t talk to him he doesn’t know what he is doing» so being new I was unsure what to do there. As the days progressed I was frustrated at the mistrust he had with me and other employees. In order to create a purchase order I needed to send the finished product via email to the vendor and couldn’t with the computer I was given…
So had to ask another staff to do it, hence their email as the purchaser … Seems kinda funny to me as how is one to know how many purchases I make if there is no record? Another red flag… Then the website is American as are the products of which aren’t even available … Yet he claims to be a Canadian company and bad mouths the Calgary Stampeded cauSe they outsource? His contracts are to be null and void as he has yet to pay me! The contract states I get a draw on the 15 and the 30! Getting my first cheque was like pulling teeth as his «sales
Order
Report» wasn’t a report on sales I had made but a detailed synapsis of what I do all day? So since they didn’t have a crm outlining just that I found a free one (he is very cheap) and sent to him and the accountant the password and the username so they can look at what I had been doing … They said that is ok ! So there is no reason for me
To not have my pay! I am thinking of going to labor relations and the media as they have no reason to not
Pay me… It’s not even very much he has me work for minimum wage in hopes I could make more on commission but I don’t see how if internally the company is messed… Will keep u posted of

I would receive my June 15 pay and have heard nothing! I was supposed
To receive an email
Transfer yesterday but haven’t heard anything… Is this why others screwed him cause they knew he wouldn’t pay? Signed FRUSTRATED and BROKE…
