History
Established in 1957.
Catholic Family Service (CFS) has grown from four staff and three volunteers to over 100 staff, 200 volunteers, and 15+ programs.
In 1970, CFS Identified a gap in services for pregnant and parenting teens and together with the CBE and AHS began delivering comprehensive services as the Louise Dean Centre.
Meet the Manager
Patricia J.
Manager
Patricia Jones has been CEO of Catholic Family Service since 2011. She has invested over 20 years in the development and delivery of services to people who are experiencing vulnerabilities at CFS. Her background is in Social Work with a Clinical Specialty.
She is actively engaged in the community and currently serves on the Board of Family Service Canada and Family and Community Services (City of Calgary) Sustainability Committee.
