Very awesome. I reserved my room online and booking in was smooth. They in formed us ahead of time for the extra person charge and how much they were putting on hold on my card. The room(king size suite) was clean and spacey and the bed lived up to the company name. You got a choice of soft or firm pillows to use and they stored extra pillows and blankets if needed. The room was hot but once we figured out the AC/Heater we were set. The water pressure in the shower is definitely not a gentle rain, which is great for sore muscles and headaches. They have a pool and a fitness room unfortunately the convention I was attending didn’t leave me much time to check those out. All in all, a great hotel completely recommend!

Stayed here for two nights. Both nights had trouble getting hot water in the shower, basically the handle was faulty and we had to jimmy it this way and then that way, maintenance came to show us how to use it. How about just fix it so no other customer has to deal with that. Issue was not resolved. Someone came into our room and took all the towels but did not replace them. Had to track down the maid to get new towels. We were out all day and room did not get made up at all. This place may look like some renovations were done but they are purely cosmetic. Had food in fridge, all ruined because fridge acted like a freezer, even set all the way down the dial. A terrible experience one that was not rectified by management at all!!! Would rather sleep outside in my car then this place! Be warned!

We were originally supposed to stay in Canmore for two nights, but because of the flooding, we had to change our reservation the night before, and the Comfort Inn and Suites was able to accommodate us. The parking was very adequate, some spaces were very large. The breakfast was so-so, same thing everyday, watery juice. The rooms were very nice. There is a waterslide, but we did not use it or the jacuzzi. The kids that we saw said the pool was cold. It was close to a great mall, Chinook Centre. It has the best food court ever! Something to please everyone! Great location! Cindy was a great help, calling Banff for me to check if the roads were clear for us to return to our honeymoon hotel, the Banff Springs, after 23 years! Fortunately, they were! The wifi left much to be desired for my phone. The front desk was unable to give us an extra pillow or blanket, which we found unacceptable for an establishment geared to customer service. The location made up for much, even though there was many people staying to help with flood aftermath.

Pleasantly surprised b/c normally one thinks this as a budget simple hotel but this looks renovated recently – key word being ‘looks’! quite nice, one would be fooled that it hasn’t gone thru much major changes for about 5 years but was told scheduled for after the Stampede next month. Hallways, carpeting, walls, really nice and clean. One would notice the fresh well lit hallways. Comes w/an amazing water slide and pool, plus hot tub. A smaller than expected fitness centre, just 2 pcs and some free weights. at least there’s a water cooler. Very spacious breakfast room about 10 tables. of course, free wifi and parking. Rooms were clean, no duvets or anything fancy, but did come with bedskirts. 4 standard pillows on each bed. brown and yellow theme for the bedding, with beige wallpaper. 32′ inch LG flat screen, not hi def, and good work space. there’s a business centre beside front desk. i’ll def be back again.
