My Mercedes was parked and hit sustaining considerable damage. Derryl, Carmine had my Rclass in, assessed and smoothly handled the insurance and rental in less than 24 hrs!!! They treated my vehicle like it was their own. It was kept indoors until parts arrived. They removed my grandsons car seats… they were thoughtful, caring and genuinely empathetic. Less than 3 wks and my Mercedes was ready, washed and good as new! Thank you from the bottom of my heart… Valerie R

I cannot say enough about the customer service at Continental.
They came recommended from another fantastic auto shop (also named Continental), when they could not do the work.
I called and they got me in right away (same day) for an estimate. I was greeted by the owner and the receptionist (with a coffee and chocolate). The owner took a look at my bumper and assured me he could fix it right there on the spot. Less than 30 minutes and ZERO bill to pay, I was back on the road.

It’s not just their excellent technical service that keeps you happy. It’s the nice attitude, their friendliness and courtesy.
You can see lots of high end expensive cars there which makes them look like an expensive luxury place, but their rates are comparable with others as well.
I was super happy (not that I like to end up in a body shop again!!)

I cannot say enough good things about Continental Auto Body and Walter. They are courteous, prompt, and reasonably priced and do a FANTASTIC job. I cannot believe how quickly I got my car (BMW X5) back and how good it looks. And it is so clean — above and beyond the call of duty. And all this in less than 48 hrs. I highly recommend Continental for any body work!
