Our regulars love the entrée selections! Try the Seafood Paella for a special treat. Stone fired flatbreads and pasta dishes bursting with flavour round out the menu. At lunch you’ll be offered a sample of our daily wine feature just for the asking. Feel free to inquire on private bookings — we’d be more than happy to host your wedding or retirement party. Escoba seats up to 160 for lunch or dinner.
History
Established in 1994.
Originally located in the basement of Penny Lane Mall as a tapas bar, demand for seats at lunch grew steadily through the 1990’s precipitating a move to larger premises in the fall of 2007. Owner and operator, Darren Hamelin, has worked tirelessly to sustain consistency in all areas including his people, product and atmosphere for 15 years.
