I had never been here before, but I hadn’t heard the best reviews. That is, until the new management took over.

It’s not a very big place, but they greet you right away and take you to your foot bath, which is all ready to go. There is a good selection of polish — dark and sophisticated to bright and sparkly — to choose from.
The chair they put you in is a MASSAGE chair! Wonderful! You almost forget you’re there for a pedicure… almost
The last pedicure I got, the lady stabbed my nail and it got infected so I wasn’t super looking forward to going to another nail salon… but this place was worth it. They have the sterilized tools, everything is clean and taken care of. The nail techs are gentle and ask you if what they’re doing is too soft/​hard/​hot etc. The prices are great… my pedicure was $ 35 and if I wanted a manicure on top it would have been $ 50 for both.
Once I paid, I was told they have a ‘loyalty card’ (my words, not theirs). Every time you spend more than $ 30 you get a stamp. When you hit 5 stamps… you get $ 15 off your next visit. Sounds good to me!
I would recommend this business to friends for sure. I’m happy it wasn’t a «get in, get out as fast as you can» place.

This is my first trip to a nail salon in my life, but I can’t imagine a better experience! My nails were done by Teresa, and she was amazing. She was knowledgeable about her craft and the business, and she was able to answer all my questions about my new UV gels and their upkeep.
Her work was really excellent as well. She was gentle with my hands while she was working and the final product is beautiful. I got rounded tip, full colour UV gels applied. They are strong, richly pigmented, and essentially everything I was looking for. My full set cost $ 55, $ 66 and change after a 15% tip. Fills will cost $ 45, and I received a card upon paying with which I can collect stamps towards discounts on future purchases. After 5 purchases of $ 30 or more, I get $ 15 towards a purchase. I’m definitely looking forward to that!
They have an easy-​to-​navigate website that includes everything you could imagine: a full list of services and comprehensive pricing, a contact page, a page outlining their current promotions and events, testimonials, a gallery, and a comprehensive «About» page. I would love to see their gallery page grow, it’s not very large at the moment.
All in all: this is an amazing salon! I was super impressed for my first time, and I will definitely be going back!

What a difference a new tenant makes. My experience at this salon under the previous management wasn’t great. Today was the second time I’ve visited Fluorescent Nail Salon since they took over. It was a good experience both times. The salon is clean and the staff is very friendly. My nail technician, Betty, gave me the best hand massages I ever had and did a great job on my mani/​pedi both times. I asked for recommendations on color and she helped me select beautiful colors. Top marks to the salon!
