Paul Gracia is an experienced criminal defence lawyer, based in Calgary, and servicing all of Southern Alberta. Mr. Gracia has been defending clients in court since his first year of law school in 2002. After graduating, he works for Alberta Justice as a Crown Prosecutor before opening his own criminal defence law firm in 2008. Mr. Gracia practices criminal law exclusively. He represents clients with any charges, including: assaults, break and enters, breaches of court orders, dangerous driving, domestic violence, drugs (possession, trafficking, production), frauds, impaired driving, robbery, thefts, weapons, etc. He has an impressive track record, leaving hundreds of extremely satisfied clients in his wake. Mr. Gracia works tirelessly to obtain for each of his clients, the best outcome in their particular circumstances.

2002 – 2005: Worked at Student Legal Assistance, defending clients charged with criminal offenses. Also worked at Calgary Legal Guidance, downtown Calgary.

2005 – 2008: Worked at Alberta Justice, as a Crown Prosecutor, in General Prosecutions.

2008-​Present: Self-​employed at Gracia Law, practicing criminal law exclusively.
