I’m giving 2 stars because I’ve had it with the inconsistent pricing and poor service when I try to ask why the price is always different.
Kim always does a great job coloring my hair and he has even told the receptionist the cost is $ 50 but I’m always charged either 75, 99, or more even without a cut. When I ask why it’s different I’m dismissed and it’s like they can’t tell me why.
If the hair dresser says it’s 50 why am I charged double?

I have changed my review since learning a lesson. When you are dissatisfied with your service you should request to speak to someone in charge. I was given incorrect info and therefore overcharged by a new employee. When my dissatisfaction was heard by mgmt they contacted me, instantly apologized and provided a refund. The owner and staff were genuinely concerned that my experience had been unpleasant and eager to rectify the situation. We will go back and I highly recommend this salon.

After 7 years in Calgary and going all over and very unsatisfied I would wait to go back to Ontario for my hair. Finally a friend recommended me here to see Ella! Yes, finally someone who knows how to do hair. Love her!!! She is very busy and sometimes it is a long wait to get into see her, but it is always worth it!

When I booked my appt & then had to change the time the day before because of another appt they were very accommodating. Then I went for my appt & upon first introductions my stylist seemed pretty distracted with other requests of her. When I finally had her time & attention she was very attentive, discussed what I wanted done, listened & looked at my pictures & even with a hiccup along the way my hair turned out exactly how I wanted it to. What a busy, busy salon & everyone was accommodating & nice. Sure I’ll go back!

I’ve been going to Elyssa at Hair Dimensions for almost a decade now. I can’t speak for the rest of the stylists, but I’ve almost always loved what she’s done to my hair. The salon is well kept and welcoming and they are equipped to deal with lots of things. I’ve been really into trying new and wild things with colour over the years and Elyssa did a perfect job of all of those requests — from a full head of bright blue when I was 16 to a subtle blonde ombré as a grown up, I’ve been impressed.
The prices have gone up the past few years, but I still go to Elyssa, who is always booked up for months, because she’s amazing.

Nice place to get hair done. Ive been several times. A bit pricey but worth it. Your treated very well as soon as you come in and its very busy, but you are not rushed-​you are given good service… They also have a nail salon and makeup for party/​bridal needs. Friendly and sociable atmosphere.
Various age women are given appropriate styles. Im happy with them and will go back again for sure. They make me from sheep dog to top dog-​they are A-​ok in my book… lol
