Jenny Craig Personal Weight Loss Management

This was my second encounter with Jenny Craig and this location kicks the butts of the Crowfoot location. It’s like night and day. After my terrible experience at Crowfoot, I called to see if I could go to another location in Calgary. The woman I spoke with at Signal Hill apologized for the way I was treated at Crowfoot and booked me an apointment at her location.
When I walked in, right away I could sense this was going to be a much better experience. The receptionist was the one I spoke with the day before and she came out from behind the counter to shake my hand. I then met with Kerry who is the program director. She is simply lovely. Even though she was a fair bit younger than me, she didn’t make me feel bad. She’s friendly, caring, and so helpful. Again, Kerry apologized for what happened at Crowfoot and told me that’s not the way they treat their clients.
Over the next 5 weeks, I saw Kerry each time I went in for my weekly weigh in. She was always so pleasant and encouraging. I can see why she’s the program director. She’s good at what she does and has great people skills. This was what I had hoped for when I first signed up with Jenny Craig.
If you are looking for caring staff, the Signal Hill location can’t be beat. As for the Jenny program, I did lose weight. However, personally I’m not good at following plans and it is quite expensive. Overall, I’m pleased with the program and the people I worked with and used this experience as a kick off to get me going on my journey to skinnyville.
