One of the most friendliest staff I have ever encountered at a retail store. I have purchased a few items and I keep coming back because they make everyone feel like a VIP.

My spouse and I shopped all over the city for a nice ring for him. It turns out that Maximes was the only store we came across that had a selection of CARLEX jewelry, which is for men only. The Market Mall location had some, but this Chinook Mall location had significantly more. The rings are high quality, expensive, somewhat unique and gorgeous.
I ended up purchasing his ring from here, which was accompanied by great customer service. Of course, this is how it should be when you’re spending big bucks. They let me pick up the ring at the Market Mall location, but we’ve been back to Chinook Mall to get it buffed. They do take a bit longer to clean the rings than other places, but 20min vs 5min is fine with me.
I highly recommend swinging by if you’ve got a respectable budget to work with.

Wow what an impressive store of bling and more importantly what amazing and personable service. My attendant was Ferrockh and he was both formal but yet really casually in his approach. I was looking for many things, something for my honey, a friend and my brother.
He introduced me to a new designer line called «Tacori» that is well known amongst celebrities. There were upper end models of these but he showed me a more affordable, commercial line. He claimed this was a popular line worn by the girls on the hit show «Friends»; earrings here start at $ 300. The upper end stuff was exquisite, as each piece according to Farrokh is handmade, they pass through at least 60 pairs of hands to get to you, and he wasn’t exaggerating these pieces are so well handcrafted.
Next thing he showed me were the men’s watches, I have been on a watch hunt for my brother’s 50^th and I couldn’t really find anything anywhere else that absolutely blew me away. Here Farrokh nearly sold me on a Mont Blanc at $ 3500, these are so incredibly classy, easily pimping my bro out in the only suit I am sure he owns and although I know what you are saying so expensive, I found the pricing here much more reasonable than Birks.
What sold me on JBM was not only their product but their sales staff, well this one in particular, he was captivating, funny and was up on his bling knowledge.
I am solely mentioning this now folks because Valentine’s Day is just around the corner, visit one of two locations here in Calgary. But do check out Farrokh if you are in the Chinook Centre, he will fully pimp you up.
