I love the team at Kensington Physio! Everybody is fantastic. Currently I’m working with Angela to rehabilitate a broken elbow and she’s great. Pushes me hard but is still a gentle soul. She’s filled love and kindness. I can’t imagine being injured without her.
She’s aware of the different phases of an injury. She references x-​rays from the doctor to ensure she’s not asking me to do work or exercises that will hinder my healing. Gives me exercises in stages so that we build back up the muscle in not only the elbow but the wrist and shoulder as well. Right from the start she asked me about my goals and keeps them in mind always. I’m a competitive dodgeball player, so she’s always aware of the strength I will need to be successful when I return.
All around standup. I just love them.
