Kramer Mazda

Their service department is inconvenient compared to Sunridge Mazda, availability is limited same with the shuttle so if your going past 3 make sure you have a ride… Never had good service experience but the car in the other is good.

I wish I bought a new car but I’m not financially ready for that :) so this review is only about Kramer Mazda’s service center. Everyone is so friendly from the person who books your appointment over the phone, to the guy who welcomes you and your car, to the guy who actually does the service and the guy who drives the shuttle. I like how they’d explain to us what they’ve done to our car after each maintenance. They also do not charge too high for some of the smaller stuff that they do to your car. I love how they have a shuttle service that can drive you to work or your home so you don’t have to wait all day or call for a cab. The shuttle also picks you up when your car is done. We’ve had a great experience with their service center but it’s not a perfect 5 as it can be very difficult to book an appointment with them and compared to other service centers we’ve been to before it takes them longer to finish basic car maintenance. It’s a little far from where we live but we will definitely go back to Kramer Mazda for maintenance cos they always provide good service.

Getting a new car from Kramer Mazda was a (somewhat) painless experience.
Perhaps my rating of «3 Stars» is due to the fact that the general nature of a car dealership is one of scams and pressure.
So this particular dealership did nothing to really worsen or amend that stigma. Hence, «A-​OK.»
The staff at Kramer are all quite pleasant.
The salesman (Moe) was hilarious, the finance agent (Grant) was awesome, and the pickup specialist (?) (Alex) was very nice.
This was my MAIN problem with Kramer:
On the first day of owning my new Mazda 2, I had been driving it around when I made a stop at Vern’s Pizza. Returning to my car, I tried to start it up and it was DEAD.
I phoned the dealership, who then instructed me to call a tow truck. I obliged, and waited, without even once looking under the hood.
An hour and a half later, the tow truck arrived and the driver and I popped the hood to see about checking the charge on the battery.
As soon as we lifted the hood, I IMMEDIATELY saw the problem …
THE DONKEYS AT THE DEALERSHIP HADN’T TIGHTENED THE BATTERY CABLE.
It was loosened all the way and it came completely off the post.
Needless to say, I was
A) Relieved that they had not sold me a lemon, as I initially thought
B) Embarrassed that I did not once pop the hood
C) Pissed that the dealership was that incompetent
But all in all, like I said, (somewhat) painless.
