Absolute chaos on a saturday. Filthy and carpets that smell like urine. Staff seemed overwhelmed. Never going back on a weekend, and likely ever as we found a great clean indoor play ground elsewhere. I dont honestly know why people go here– except that it is huge and caters to older kids as well?

We took our kids to Let’s Play last weekend for the first time, for a birthday party, and we won’t be going back. Sure, it’s huge and I guess there’s a lot to keep kids busy — but the place was a zoo with little to no supervision (neither parents nor staff seemed to care what kids were doing), the party set-​up was disorganized, staff were often nowhere to be found and the whole place seemed dirty.
I know how expensive it is to book a party there and I wouldn’t pay a quarter of that!
