Bought my first Lexus less than a year ago, love the quality of the vehicle and most of all the service, they are great with customer service, and I am impressed, I will continue with Lexus, and also love the coffee shop in the dealership, they offer snacks, coffees, Teas, and sodas, all while you wait. I’m going to give a harsh review on my oil change. I dropped my car off and when I went to pick it up thinking everything will be ok. I was wrong as soon as I started my Lexus RX350 my engine light, caution light, engine oil light, AWD check system everything was turned on the dash board. I was super upset as they had an entire day to do the oil change. Any how I told them about the issue and an agent named Sandeep didn’t even bother consoling me he said it will be done in 1 hour and I have to wait. I told him I had errands to run and go to work and a Dr. Appointment he ignored all the above and said he can’t give me a loaner car and I will have to wait. I got nothing complimentary and no sorry. It was a 30 min drive from my house. Seriously they had the most worst service I could every experience. I would never recommend anyone here for an oil change. Zero customer service experience. Never again!!!

When they say VIP service, they really mean it! We recently bought a car here, and they have the most unique set up for service! They have a barista, a snack bar, iPads, TV’s and tons of reading materials to use while you wait in the leather loungers!
Even better than that is you don’t even have to go to the dealership if you don’t want to. Beyond the great lounges, they have a great loaner car system for the day your car is in service, or even better, they drive to your house or work, pick up your car and bring it to the shop themselves… And return it after!!! Are you kidding me?
Lexus is an amazing product and paired with this level of service, it can’t be beat!

I’m going to give this a harsh review, as the salesman I dealt with was beyond rude and demeaning.
I had my little Mazda for a couple years, she was a great car, no complaints. I just wanted something newer, fancier and most of all AWD. I did a lot of research (I’m the google queen) and my top two were Audi and Lexus.
My husband and I went down there, both dressed in casual clothes, as I’m not wearing my pant suit outside office hours. And none the less, it shouldn’t matter what I wear, I’m still a human and deserve respect.
No one even looked at us at first, finally after 15 minutes or so, an older gentleman (his name escapes me right now, probably because I’ve tried to ignore my whole experience). He asked me what I was interested in and I said the Lexus IS250 AWD. He looks at me and says «umm, are you aware how much this car costs?» Response: «yes, I’ve done a lot of research on this car.» Him: «Well, it’s about $ 50,000 and I saw you pull up in a Mazda.» …wow. Screw you and the high horse you think you came in on.
I went to Audi, where I was treated like gold, have a great relationship with most of the staff and a wicked new car.
I will never buy a Lexus after that.

Just a quick update on this location, this time on the repair/​shop side. We needed servicing on the Lexus that we DID NOT buy here (see previous review) and I booked and appointment with ease. Took the car in, they were quite friendly and they fixed everything up within the day. Easy, friendly and thankfully covered under warranty (as dealerships tend to charge $ 10,000 for the smallest issue).

After a horrible experience with my last car — 4 years of financial bleeding caused by a lemon of a car and an even worse service department, it didn’t take me much waffling to decide to buy a Lexus. Their promise of great customer service and full dislosure was the deal maker for me.
It didn’t hurt that my salesperson, Mike Fongren, was such an incredible relationship builder. He wasn’t in it for the sale. He was a consultant and went out of his way to ensure I was making the best decision. I wanted to buy an extra set of winter tires with my purchase and he talked me out of it, telling me that my car and the included tires would handle great in the snow — and they do! Instead of making a bit more commission, he was honest and helped me create the best package for my needs.
Lexus will valet your car for service, if you like. This means that they will come and pick your car up from your home or work, have it serviced, washed and detailed and return it to you. I have had this done once and it was an absolute treat.
They also offer express service which means you can bring your car in for an appointment (yes, they know the MEANING of appointment) and an hour later you are back on the road. Before you come in they tell you what they are going to do to your car and what it will potentially cost. They mitigate the costs to the client by cleaning or repairing what they can instead of replacing parts. Last time I was in they cleaned my filters instead of replacing them, which saved me over $ 100.
I took advantage of the express service today, and before I was even checked in, I had a complimentary Americano in my hand (freshly made) and shortly thereafter made my way to the waiting area which is stocked with hot and cold beverages, cookies and healthy fruit. They even have 2 iPads, in addition to a wide stock of editorial publications, for customers to use while they wait.
My car was in a little longer than promised, but only because they found 2 nails in my tires which needed repair.
Having to wait an extra 30 minutes to ensure that my car was safe was not a hard pill to swallow, especially in such a comfortable environment. While I waited, I caught up on the headlines on the wall mounted TV.
I think it’s a misconception that you have to be wealthy to buy a Lexus. That is simply not true. I had many options and even looked at cars that were $ 20k less expensive — the financing/​leasing options made my is250 less expensive than a Ford Edge (which, by the way, was my first choice for a replacement vehicle). I have absolutely no regrets and no worries about how I have and will be treated during the ownership of my car.
