Specialties
Operating out of McKenzie Towne Hall, The Council offers recreation classes for all ages, facility rentals, day camps during spring break and summer, as well as drop-in gym times and social groups for residents and their guests.
History
Established in 1995.
McKenzie Towne Council owns, maintains and manages common amenities and features in the community. We are a not-for-profit organization that sets a desired course for the McKenzie Towne Hall and other shared amenities, to ensure their long-term stability. This assures that McKenzie Towne residents will continue to enjoy superior and unique amenities.
This 1,300 acre community was developed in 1995 with a different concept from other communities in mind. Most of the amenities owned by the Council were strategically placed throughout the community by the developer.
Meet the Manager
Daniel S.
Manager
Hi! I’m Daniel Santiago, the Communications and Recreation Manager with McKenzie Towne Council. I’ve worked with MTC for 6 years now. I enjoy connecting people in the community, facilitating community events and creating a sense of belonging for our residents.
We offer many services: facility rentals of all types and for all occasions, recreation for all ages — available with drop in passes, registration, participation in our drop-in gym programs and our social groups. We are also pleased to provide 11 events throughout the year — there’s something fun for everyone in the community to check out.
Let me know if you have any thoughts or questions. I’d be glad to hear from you. OR, feel free to drop by McKenzie Towne Hall and say hi!
