I brought my iPhone here for a screen repair. When I picked it up, I noticed that my home button was not picking up my figure print anymore. I (and the staff there) tried to reset the phone but nothing would work. As I had brought in a working phone and picked up on that was malfunctioning, I was not happy. Luckily the staff there were GREAT! They told me to leave it there with them and they will call me when they have fixed it. Well I did get a call saying that there seemed to be water damage and they could not fix the phone. BUT they are going to replace my phone FOR FREE! I was blown away with the amazing customer service. The staff there were so kind and even though they didn’t have to, they gave me a new phone exactly like my iPhone for no charge. I appreciate this level of customer service and would highly recommend this place to friends in the future.
