Hi, my name is George.

I’m the new General Manager of Park2Go Airport Parking. You might call me an expert at airport parking. I’ve spent over a decade of my career managing airport parking all over Canada. Believe me, I’ve heard and dealt with every issue, complaint and frustration related to parking at airports, and I’ve spent many hours scratching my head trying to improve flawed systems.

That’s why I’m so excited about Park2Go. When Park2Go opened its doors to Calgary in January 2008, we became the first Calgary Airport parking service to offer valet parking and a 9-​minute hassle-​free– airport drop off guaranty! Customers drop their vehicles off at the gate and hop on our free shuttle service. When they get back, the shuttle picks them up on demand and their car is heated and ready for them at the front of the building. It’s the easiest part of their trip.

This service has always worked well for me. While most times you are on your way in a couple of minutes, occasionally we’ve had to wait about 5 mins but I still think it’s almost as quick as parking in the extremely overpriced multilevel parkade at the airport terminal.

I was extremely impressed by the convenience and service this place has. They park your car for you while the shuttle drives you to the airport. When you return, your car in started warmed up and ready to drive away. They even turned on my seat warmers for me. Highly recommend. Four stars for sure.

Beware if you’re using Car2Go. One of the drivers refused to take me because I was a Car2Go customer. I was told I would have to «wait for the next bus». The bus was not full, and in fact there were other customers there that he continued to assist after refusing me service. I was caught off guard, so naturally asked why. He was short and unwilling to elaborate, simply stating, «that’s just the way it is.» I assumed it’s because of the reciprocal agreement the company has with Car2Go that pays them directly and probably cuts out the tip that these drivers would normally receive from paying customers, but I dared not ask. Needless to say, I wouldn’t continue dealing with them if I didn’t have to.

We’ve probably left our car at Park2Go 10 times since we discovered it in 2010, and it’s one of our favorite services anywhere. It’s so convenient, efficient and simple that I have to give it 5 stars. However this last experience was not a 5 star experience (July 26 – 29, 2014, arriving at 11pm). I’d give it more like a 3 except overall we’ve been SO happy, I just can’t do it.
We’ve always had very friendly service, with the exception of our shuttle driver this last time. He was in a huge hurry, whipping the bus around corners (my husband asked him who was chasing him), and he wasn’t even a little friendly. He left a woman with a baby at the post at 11pm because the bus was full… Except it wasn’t. There was most definitely a seat for her, and even if he felt that that wasn’t enough space, I would have happily left my toddler with my husband and waited for the next shuttle so she could have my space. But he had the door shut and was peeling out of the parking spot before I could even register what was happening. I had to hold on to my super tired toddler for dear life or we would both have hit the windshield around a few of the corners. I’d guess it was his last run of the day… He should have just gone home and got a good rest!
In addition, we’ve always had our car with them for about a week. The weekly rate is totally reasonable but $ 50+ for four days was kind of painful haha. Oh well, with the super efficient door to door service, combined with a toasty warm car ready to go in winter time (or in summer, running and waiting to drive away with your receipt already in the vehicle), it really is worth it.
I’d be super hesitant to use/​try any similar services, despite this last encounter, because overall, they are fantastic!

The online reservation system didn’t work. I tried several times but the form just kept resetting. I’ll raise our lower my rating depending on how they handle the fees when I get back.

Just tried this service out for a quick trip.
How it works:
–Pull in announced or create an account online and prepay/​book.
–Hand over you vehicle still running and fill out a tag (about 10 sec).
–take a business card size receipt, grab your bags and jump on the shuttle.
–They ask you which airline and drive you to the closest door. Off you go…
— Upon arrival you send a text, call or email with the number off your small convenient business card size receipt. (Instructions, contact info are on it as well)
–Walk to outside pillar #3 and wait for shuttle (if it’s not already there)
— hand over bags and pay with credit card right off drivers iphone. (Discounts with AMA card).
— driver informs you your receipt will be on the dash of your car
— arrive very quickly back at parking lot. Exit with your bags to your idling vehicle (window was open so no keys can be locked inside) 4 ways flashers were on.
— drive up to the exit gate and use the bar code to open the gate.
Total time each way was about 10mins (YMMV).
In reality you cannot find a spot in the economy lot and walk to the departure terminal faster than this…
These guys have service nailed down to a science. Well done gentlemen!

This is my go-​to place to park when I’m flying out of YYC.
Just off Barlow Trail, their shuttle service is a quick drive over to departures. When you land, text the number on your voucher, and your car will be ready and waiting!
I find their service to be very fast and efficient. It’s pretty rare that you’re waiting for a shuttle when either departing or arriving. Other added touches like the ability to pay with credit card on the shuttle and booking online make this service very convenient to use.

Professional and courteous. Cant beat valet service during a Calgary Winter, it’s a no brainer.
More polite and respectful than the people at Park and Jet in my experience, and you don’t have to wait for the bus to come pick you up at your car and have a mob of people try to bud in line to get into the bus first…

I left a comment on their Facebook page, telling them how charging $ 70 dollars to park my car from May 21st till the 25th was preventing me from using their services.
They replied by implying I was an idiot and a liar. They said it would cost $ 45 and that I should pay attention to the accuracy of my post on their page. And that if I don’t understand how the pricing works I should call them and they would explain it in terms I could understand.
When I posted
this screenshot of the quote I got from their website, which obviously contradicts their original statement, they replied by stating May 21st — May 25th is not four days and that the quote is not $ 70. Well they were right, it’s not $ 70. The regular price is actually advertised as $ 71.99.
Here is my interaction with Park2Go on their Facebook page which they deleted shortly after.

A company that treats potential customers that haven’t even given up their hard earned cash with so much disrespect, makes you wonder how they’ll treat you once they do have your money and car.

I’ve used Park2Go a few times before, I like the convenience of having your car ready to go when you come back from a trip (especially in our ridiculous Calgary winters).
They have a shuttle going to and from the airport frequently, so you never have to factor in another hour before your departure time.
When you return from your trip, give them a quick text and head over to their meeting spot and load up your luggage (or wait a few minutes for the next shuttle). They now have a mobile card swipe system so you can pay right then and there (if you’re an AMA member they apply your discount too!), and a short shuttle ride to the parking lot and your car is waiting for you — snow/​ice scraped off and all warm and toasty inside.

These guys are the best! Book online, get an AMA discount and so simple to use. Load your barcode onto your smartphone and you don’t even need paper. Text them from the baggage carousel with your ticket number, collect your baggage, head out to pillar 3, scan your AMA card, scan your credit card, board your bus and you’re back to your car which is there, warming up, in less than 10 minutes. Service is cheerful, friendly and professional. Don’t even look at the other guys. This should be your one stop parking shop!!!

These guys are so efficient, very timely and friendly service.
You park, take your luggage, leave key, you get a tag and you let them know when you’ll be back. You get in the bus and go straight to airport…
Then… you get back, you text them, and timely show up there to pick you up, because they know when you are back, you get on the bus and back to your car, and that’s it, done. Perfect!
I will keep using their service for as long as I can!

Park2Go is a great service that allows the quickest and friendliest way to park your vehicle during your travels.
I have only had the opportunity to use their service during the summer so far, but I’m sure it’s even more convenient when it’s below 0 outside. The staff are friendly and it is a lot faster than the other services I’ve tried. Also their shuttles seem to come more frequently and I have never seem them fill up.
Over all the most pleasant service available when parking to go to the Calgary airport.

This service is fantastic. I don’t know why I’ve wasted so much money on cab rides to and from the airport when I could park and drive my own car for half the price. Pro-​tip: book ahead online. You’ll save $ 10 on the weekly rate (and even more if you’re an AMA member).
The whole process of retrieving your car is ridiculously easy. All you need to do is text them your reservation number when you arrive at the airport, go catch the shuttle, and your car will be waiting for you to drive it away. What more can you ask for?

Park2Go has fast become my new favorite airport parking!
This is the epitome of the type of service that I value — it is high touch, fast, convenient and automated in all the right places!
My experience started at work, when I was notified through our classifieds of the service, and that Nexen receives a discount from showing our ID badge or business card, so I figured I would give them a whirl.
I went online to their website (that was clearly stated on their ad) and I created an online account. I booked a reservation for my next business trip and printed off my receipt with a barcode as requested.
When i showed up, it was a valet service, so I handed over my keys, and they gave me a business card with a phone number to call or text, once i landed and got my baggage on my way back. This business card had a unique number that I was to quote, so that they could have my car ready.
I text messaged them when I landed, and when i walked out the door, the shuttle was waiting for me. A nice young man took my payment for the two days, and let me know that my receipt will be on dash of my car. He also handed me a card to scan out of the parking lot.
When the shuttle dropped me off, my car was waiting for me, with the receipt on the dash as promised. I hopped in, used the card to scan out of the parking lot, and I was on my way home.
Unbelievable!
No long lineup to pay to get out.
No wait for the shuttle to arrive.
Two days cost me under $ 25. Yep. Not kidding.
Park2Go has won my business!

I have used Park2Go a number of times when taking short trips from the Calgary Airport.
The deals are good, the service is fast, AND last time I went, they actually had the heat in my car going when I picked it up at 2am!
The only reason for the «dropped star» (from being a 5-​star review) is that after I got home, I noticed that my Lego Stormtrooper was missing from my keychain.

We had the best experience with this company. We travel quite a bit, but this was the first time we used this company and it was as easy as pie! We pulled into the front of the lot where there were 4 or 5 guys greeting customers. They helped us load our bags on the shuttle and within 5 minutes of getting there we were enroute to the airport. The BEST part was landing in Calgary to –20 and snow and our car was already running, windows cleared, payment already processed. We will be parking with them from now on!

I just returned from a trip and used Park 2 Go. I thought I would try something new… I had reservations about leaving my car keys but my fears were totally unfounded. Everything about it was excellent.
I booked and reserved my spot online which was easy.
The staff were all pleasant and smiling, so nice to see for a change.
Check in was literally as easy as handing them my car keys, hopping on the shuttle (they leave as soon as someone is on, they dont wait to fill up the shuttle). The whole thing from the moment I arrived until I was in the terminal was less than 10 minutes.
When I returned, I just called them from my cell at the airport (you can text too) with my tag number and my car was waiting for me upon arrival back at the lot, again with no waiting for a shuttle.
Everything about this was top notch, great prices, hi tech system and most of all smiling happy staff that seemed to genuinely value customers.
I will definitely return.

We dealt with these guys once and found them to be professional and efficient. The price was decent ($ 12 or so a day) and their shuttles come every few minutes to take you to the airport.
Getting in and out was made simple and we can all appreciate that when we have a flight to catch. Anyway, I’d recommend them and use them again…
