This is a stark comparison to the previous review, but I experienced great service.
I went in asking for some headset bearings, the staff person gave me ~20 in a ziplock. Surprised, I asked for pad spring clips for my calipers, which they also had (no other major bike shop in the city had this, and only about half knew what I was talking about). Best of all, they didn’t even charge me.
Overall, awesome service. On another note, their prices on aftermarket components (forks, derailleurs, handlebars, etc) seemed on par w/​MEC, something that neither CyclePath nor Bow Cycle can claim. Good selection too.
