I just got Bailee a hair trim, bath, nail clip, cleaned ear. I was late 30 mins. and there is a fee, which i understand coz time is money. after1.30 min. i got a call I am ready to pick her up. she smell so good, everything was awesome. she didnt look like the first hair cut where was terribly dont by chasin tails.
Shelby was so professional she knows how to take care of Bailee, calm her down, I was very impressed, again diffeernt experience and service than chasin tails. I will definitely go back to Shelby at Petland in sunridge! Thank you Shelby for making Bailee’s pre-​birthday special.

5-​stars all the way! @PetlandCA. As soon as I walked in I was acknowledged by a staff member. Nothing huge, just a nod to indicate a «hello, I know you’re here». I like that.
I walked around looking for a new aquarium to replace my small cracked one. I was interested in the new modern looking design of the Fluval Edge. I was concerned about the design and how to clean them. The staff member saw I had a question, asked if I needed help and proceeded to tell me everything he knew about the unit. I was impressed and I was on the fence about getting it but because of his help I was convinced it was the right decision.
They were about $ 30 more expensive than the local competitor so I asked if they would be willing to match the price. The staff member took the time to check their website and when the price wasn’t listed online he took the liberty to call the store directly. That’s great customer service because it showed he was willing to go out of his way to help. I usually don’t ask for price matches but I thought a $ 30 difference was quite substantial.
If you ever need any advice on fish or aquariums go to the Sunridge Petland and talk to Tim. He’ll be able to help you out.
P. S. I have to note that this Petland is very well laid out and is one of the only pet stores that I don’t have air quality issues with. I have asthma and am allergic to a lot of animals. When I walk into most pet stores I have difficulty breathing. Not at this store. Good job Sunridge Petland!

Do not get your dog groomed here! My your legged friend was in right before christmas and developed a nasty itchy. After a couple of days trying to figure out what was going on I made an appt. at the vet. Turns out he got lice, I can only assume they failed to sanitize there grooming tools properly. Never again will we be visiting for any type of service or retail product.

I went here because they had a Entertainment book coupon for pet nail clippings. And I ended up spending a couple hundred dollars! It’s a pet wonderland here. I really enjoy the aisles of goodies and the live pets in the store.
They did a great job of the nail clippings, explaining to me how to do it myself (I’m terrified to do it!) and calming down my puppy.
They had an amazing outfit selection for pets (I do love dressing him up) in a wide variety of sizes.
The staff was very friendly and upbeat, and I had a great shopping experience. It’s tucked away in the Future Shop parking lot and can be a little tough to find sometimes, but it’s definitely worth the visit!

In my opinion, best reptile accessory selection in the area. Lots of cool reptiles. Check it out!
