History

Established in 1998.

Since its establishment, the company has worked on over 400 projects throughout Alberta and beyond. Projects have included industrial, commercial, and residential land uses. Our diverse client base ranges from municipalities to land developers, as well as land owner both large and small.

Rodney P.

Business Owner

Rodney is president of Planning Protocol Inc with over 20 years of land use planning experience throughout Calgary and southern Alberta. Prior to Planning Protocol, Rodney was the Planning Manager for the MunicipalDistrict of Foothills and the Manager of Planning services for Challenger Geomatics Ltd. His extensive background includes roles in both the public sector as and private sector, providing him unique insight into both sides of the land use development practice. Rodney is a full member of the Canadian Institute of Planners and Alberta Professional Planners Institute, holds a diploma in Civil Engineering Technology (Okanagan College) and both a Bachelor of Arts and Science as well as courses in the Masters of Planning program from the University of Calgary.
