Manager

Kim Rogers has been the Chief Operations Officer for Ship My Ride since 2013. She brought to the company a strong culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning and quality.

Thanks to Kim we make sure that all our staff members receive timely and appropriate training as well as development strategies.

Under her leadership the company has established and constantly monitors staff performance and development goals. At the same time she developed a system to assign accountabilities, set objectives, establish priorities and conduct performance reviews.
