History

Established in 2006.

Like all of you, I have been at several crossroads where I made significant decisions about me, others, love, money, success and many other things, including life itself. Those decisions evolve into our beliefs, principles and values, all of which become the foundation of our actions. It wasn’t long before I discovered in my own life, that the foundation I was operating from, was limiting my opportunities, potential and results. This created a deep desire within me, to understand myself and human nature — the why we do what we do.

As a result, I developed a «people smart» ability with some key skills, such as listening for potential and seeing strengths in others, both the hidden and obvious. I facilitate people to «take a walk inside themselves™» to discover and claim their authentic personal power.

Trudy Pelletier is a Certified Executive Coach, a certified facilitator for Fierce Conversations®. She is a facilitator of Meaningful Dialogue™ which is a frank conversation about the tough issues. She specializes in leadership development and communication skills providing individuals, teams and organizations coaching services, facilitation and training.

Trudy has been helping people see themselves differently by exploring and uncovering their limiting perceptions, assumptions and beliefs they have. She empowers people through transitions, take on the real challenges and facilitates action whether it is situational professionally or personally or a life dream that appears too big to follow. Her thought provoking questions lead into a depth of self discovery that increases awareness for the self and other.
