As the faces of The Singh Group, Nathan Singh and David Morrell are some of the most likable, witty, and enthusiastic REALTORS® one could hope to meet. The former roommates admit to feeding off of one another’s strengths, and their good natured and lighthearted personalities are frankly contagious. Indeed, personal chemistry is a component of their real estate success, but it belies their complete earnestness and effectiveness when it comes to working with buyers and sellers.

In fact, when first speaking with Nathan and David, you’d probably never guess that their team negotiates a deal every 48 hours. «It does nothing for our sellers to hear us beat our chests and say: look at how successful we are,» Nathan says. «They want to know how we are going to make them successful.»
