I bought a pair of boots last weekend. Dylan was my bootfitter/sales consultant. He was awesome… very patient and helpful with the fitting. Used them the next day and really felt the difference in my skiing. Dylan advised me that if I found them at all painful, to ski on them for 4 – 5 times and them bring them back to the store for adjustment. Honestly, they were a bit pinchy in the morning, but after a full day, they already feel better. The liners just need to pack down a bit more, I think. Love this store and would send anyone looking for ski gear to go. If you want ski boots, ask for Dylan!

They have many options of snowboards and skis to chose from. Unfortunately they are very expensive. I bought a new pair of boots from this place and they were very uncomfortable after the first run. I went back to get them blown out so my feet wouldn’t continue to go numb and the staff said they would only do this after 4 – 6 times of actual use. I ended up convincing the guy to blow out the sides of the boot but he wouldn’t do much! After a long week in Revelstoke my poor feet are ruined. I now have a $ 400 pair of boots I don’t want to use ever again because of how badly my feet hurt in them. I honestly don’t know what to say and I can’t fully blame Ski Cellar for my uncomfortable boots but I just want to ski and be comfortable. I guess the only reason I won’t give a 5 star review is because of their pricing on everything. Don’t go here for apparel it just too much.
