I’m usually here for a quick envelope run. In and out. When I’m not getting envelopes its usually something specific and is still just a quick trip in and out.
Their customer service is usually pretty standard with someone asking if I need help. On the rare occasion though the staff can get a little clingy. Seriously buddy you need to back off, I’m just getting a pack of your standard paper for my printer.
In recent months they’ve started offering Air Miles. I haven’t noticed anything in store yet to earn bonus miles, but at least you can earn miles on your total purchase.

Any place that sells 355 g bags of Swedish Berries and Wine Gums for $ 2.98 automatically gains my ‘fanship’. Just like that.
I am a huge Staples-​aholic. I don’t know what it is, I can just get lost in the place for hours on end. I love the fact that every Staples store has different treasures and different promotions. This particular Staples had Snuggies on sale for $ 19.99. You know you waaaaant one. They also had QuickTax kits on sale for $ 39.99… I know, I know, but we can’t get around the fact that tax season is here!
The best part about this Staples you ask? The customer service. it was exceptional. We were greeted, well taken care of and all questions were answered immediately.
I love good customer service, don’t you???
