Subs N’ Bubbles

I love bubble tea. I love everything about it. The big straws, the bobas, the coconut jelly… everything except the fact that a lot of places in town seem to think that all you have to do is add boba to some weird neon sludgy powder.
At Subs N’ Bubbles, you don’t see any giant containers full of mystery neon snow. Each bubble tea is made to order, so you can customize it, and because of this; making vegan options no problem.
Service can be slow during lunch, but the deliciousness is worth the wait. They also make homemade phở, subs (with vegan options, but not gluten-​free), and other things.
They’re friendly with the other stalls in the Market on Macleod, offering their coupons on the counter. Grab some soup and a bubble tea, get a coupon and get 10% off at your next destination. Can’t lose with that combo.

I absolutely love the Subs-​N-​Bubbles Food Truck and now I’m equally in love with their permanent fixture in the Kingsland Farmers’ Market. Working in the Market I’m able to get Spicy Sate Beef Noodle Soup and Bulgogi Vietnamese Subs whenever I desire, and I desire a lot — haha. I’m not a huge fan of Bubble Tea but they do an awesome job as well!
