History

Sullivan Tree Service is a family run business started by Joey and Lisa Sullivan. This was a natural step after Joey worked as a Danger Tree Feller for the BC Ministry of Forests for 5 years. Joey has a B.A. in Geography and Lisa B.Sc. in Earth Science, both are ISA Certified Arborists and Qualified Tree Risk Assessors. Lisa maintains a membership with the American Society of Consulting Arborists. They have trained in Tree Biology & Care; Tree Insect & Disease Management; Tree Climbing, Fall Protection, & Work Positioning; Hazard & Danger Tree Cutting & Falling; Electrical Awareness; Aerial Lift Operations, Emergency Evacuation, & Extrication; Chainsaw Operator Technician; and Production Removal & Rigging. The Sullivans have passed much of their training on to their staff, and employ ISA Certified Arborists.

Sullivan Tree Service has maintained a Certificate Of Recognition with the Alberta Construction and Safety Association Since 2011 and continue to make Safety their #1 priority.
