Really terrible experience. Michael was rude, unhelpful, and didn’t seem to know what he was doing. He was unable to answer several questions I asked, and was condescending in the process. I paid him twice as much as I usually pay and wound up owing a much more than I should have. I regret taking my business to him (as I’m still dealing with his incompetence a year after filing with him), and would definitely NOT recommend him.
