OMG this is the worst TD Bank I have ever been to. I have been going there for almost 3 years but I will never go back again after the experience I had there today! OH my God ok so I was being helped by this women named Dallas Jess I don’t even know where to begin from. Okay so I went there to update my information she was paying zero attention to what I was saying she seemed to show no care whatsoever plus okay so this is where I got pissed off somebody called her on her cellphone and believe it or not she picked up the phone while I was wasting my energy trying to explain her what she needed to do for me because she couldn’t understand the documents I handed her over. And at the end she updated my info wrong so I told her it wasn’t correct so she had to do it again. I was there for more than I should’ve been coz unfortunately she didn’t know what the hell she was doing! I guess customers are not important nowadays than they used to be. If there was ever a zero rating star I would definitely give it to this bank for its worst customer service! Seriously

When I travel, I love going to malls to look for unique stores. There were a handful of things that I hadn’t heard of, or been to before but everything was on the pricey side. The food court is nice and airy, with an outdoor feel. Overall, this is a very clean and modern mall and not overly crowded during the week.

Aside from the gardens it’s just the same old Women’s clothing stores and other franchises that are found in any mall.

TD Square is the mall in the city that I probably visit the least, but I appreciate the valet service and the fact that parking is free for 3 hours on a weekend. Clean, vegan options in the food court, a decent variety of shops to browse; TD is the epitome of the Unilocal 3 star rating: A-OK.

The forth floor of TD Square represents a sort of heaven and hell(… not like I am being dramatic or anything)! Hell because the food court has that food court-chemical-smell-of-death. Heaven because on a sunny day you can feel the sunlight on your face. Vitamin D after all is very beneficial or so they say. Of course the shopping is great. Lots of upscale stores here. There is Brooks Brothers, Holt Renfrew and Henry Singer if you feel like over-paying for a suit. However there are other options such as Tip Top tailors if you want to overpay for a cheap suit. ^_^ The mall doesn’t open too late(like 6:00 pm or something), but what I like is that the parking is free for the first three hours on the weekends. Which for me is just fine and dandy. Also beware the strange bird that lives in TD Square home. The little guy feeds off the leftovers from the food court. He’s a little jittery, but darn cute! Great place to kill a couple of hours on the weekend. Devonian Gardens should open soon which will probably make the TD Square bird a happier little guy.

Very disappointing that on Boxing Day the mall was closed at 6:30 when I came walking through. There were a couple of stores that I wanted to hit up since they aren’t anywhere else in the city and I had to miss out. The mall itself is in good condition. Everything is well maintained and it’s easy to find your way around. There’s a great selection of stores and restaurants so you’re sure to get what you need.
