Tech Shop by Forzani’s

What the heck? How did I not know about this? It’s because no one expects a sporting goods store to be in the middle of a residential neighborhood. Only recently have I started driving through the Charleswood/​Triwood area and BAM, there it is. This will save me so much hassle in the future. I’m participating in my first ridiculous endeavor (2012 Kidney March — walking 100kms in 3 days) and will need to stock up on good socks and anything else I might be missing to survive it.
This Tech Shop is a bright little store and just from browsing, looks like it has all of the basics one would need for footwear, apparel and accessories, therefore helping me to avoid the mall and other busy areas of town. I had a very friendly greeting and the guy on staff was attentive, particularly because I was the only one in the store for the first 10 minutes. I wish I could have every store to myself, primarily to enjoy scouring the sales rack in peace, which I was able to do here.
My bank card and I will return this Spring and Summer.
