Tim Hortons

Pretty consistent service every time I have gone in. Not sure what it is about this location but in the morning it is either quiet or crazy — very little in between. I always head in to grab coffee as its quicker than the drive-​through. Morning manager is always on point and there to help staff, this lady really hustles. Staff are always polite and accurate. They seem to have a higher turnover on their younger staff so the chance of you getting someone in training can happen.

Great Tim’s location. The drive through is ridiculously efficient! Just beware when you pay inside the store. One woman continually gave me the wrong change (shorted me). It wasn’t by much maybe a loonie but if she’s doing that to multiple people all day she could do pretty well. When I finally called her on it, her face went white and she gave me the remaining money without even blinking. I’ve noticed she doesn’t work there anymore.

Generally one of the longer drive-​thru lines at any time during the day. The staff are always friendly and speed is average getting customers through the line.

I do like sitting at this Tim Hortons for a while and people watch… theres always a wide variety of clientele.
The service is fine. I find that at this particular location when the lines are long, they’re LONG, and when short, well. you get my drift. Theres no middle ground usually.
They have wifi which is nice, but no electric outlets to charge the devices that would need to use said wifi… which really makes no sense. It’s like they have one foot in the future (wifi) and one foot in the distant past (where you wouldn’t need electricity). Thats one main reason they don’t get more stars. Some offer the feeble excuse that its all about «safety», but really if Starbucks can do it so can you.
I usually get the iced coffee here, which goes really well with the sugar free vanilla syrup. The coffee tastes nice if you don’t mind it being 90%ice and 10% coffee thats done in 2 slurps.

It’s a standard Tim’s. A good drive through (no awkward car lineups all through the parking lot). Sometimes the girl at the drive thru sounds like she hates her life, but we all have our days, don’t we?

I m a big fan of this particular location of Tim Hortons. I love my medium regular coffee and I get it from this Mcleod trail timmies everyday. Their coffee 90% of the time is the same consistent taste, not burnt, which is usually not the case I find in most other Tim Hortons in the city. The drive thru staff is very pleasent.
